What kind of lawyer?

Does the lawyer need to be located anywhere special?
As states determine where you can practice, this case, does
it require a lawyer with specific credentials, or can it be
any lawyer, from any state in the US?

First I would like to say that PolR has been doing some amazing work with his
contributions to GL.

If money is an issue with getting this submitted I would suggest a fund raiser.
I suspect there would be a lot of interest in helping get this in front of the
courts seeing the massive amount of damage done to, well every one, by the
current standards on patentability. I am not located in the US but I would chip
in some money to help.
