Don't get me wrong. I thought the article was excellent,
but I believe in writing to your audience instead of
leaving them reaching for the subject with more effort
than what is required. I also believe in the power
of the majority.

The point here is to get as many honest but uninformed
lawyers on our side as humanly possible, so that people
who have an agenda to confuse them and argue that white
is not really white have a hard time getting their
muddled and contradictory message across.

Clarity and accessibility is always good, and if you
get suggestions on how to improve those aspects, it is
always wise to take the advice under consideration.
I guess I'm saying "let's shine the strongest light
we can muster into this dark corner".
