If you truly believe the statement in the subject.... what makes you think
such individuals will pay attention to something written even in Legal
language?
Consider Gene Quinn apparently believes - against all his Legal
training and experience - that the Federal Circuit overrules the
Supremes.
And you really think authoring it in Legalese will make any
difference?
In my humble opinion the target audience we want to reach is
not the Patent Lawyers who wish to deliberately conflate Patent Law so math is
patentable - it's everyone else. What percentage of society do you figure the
Patent Lawyers make up? 0.05%? There's roughly 300 million people in the US.
0.05% would be roughly 155 thousand Patent Lawyers.
Why take so much
effort to try and convince those paid not to be convinced?
I suggest far
less effort can go to convincing everyone else - and that includes all those
Lawyers willing to read "common language". If the greater public is convinced
and speaks out - Congress will have no choice but be convinced.
In my
humble opinion PolR did just fine without trying to speak the language of
Lawyers of the type willing to argue "all doesn't mean all".
