re Point 2. Would it not be some form of legal requirement for company directors
to declare significant share ownerships 'publicly' somewhere?
The shareholders have a right to know these things - not that that means it
would be the case..
If so perhaps we can dig this info out and flag it up a bit?

....when both Flop and Ballmer are fired by their boards. Or, more likely, next
year, to give the investors time to waken up and understand what is really
wrong. Ballmer would be highly employable somewhere in Scandanavia. I am sure
that Ikea need furniture testers..... As for Flop, I think he is about as
useless and toxic to any business as Darl McBride. No idea what he is doing now.
Last report was that he is running Me, Inc. Maybe Flop will similarly end up
running some 2-bit little operation somewhere, trying to sell mobile apps that
no-one wants, because in his case no-one will want the kind of phone that they
