Technically, no, on any counts.
1. The original series said that it creates a "Dirac Jump", which is
technobabble, but it implies that the original is moved.
2. It's also referred to as converting matter to energy and back. Again, no
copy is made.
3. If, you consider (2) to be making a copy, note that the original is
destroyed.

And unauthorized =
illegal. They did argue that in Court followed by the Judge corrected them on
their misconception.
Or are you talking real life Law affect? In which
case, since teleporter technology doesn't exist (as far as Humans know) it's a
non-issue ;)

Or rather, it will be legal when it happens in the future. The creative
expression has not, at the time of making my comment, been fixed in the medium
and is not protected by copyright.
When the magazine gets transported, either the original licensed magazine is
transported along with the licensee, or, if it is a new magazine and a new
person, it is covered by the First Sale principle.
