I doubt that Apple will appeal the entire finding. Though it may raise the issue
again if the core finding of non-infringement is not upheld by the commission.

Paradigm shift ahead?

The legal profession and the patent offices
are both in disarray over these matters, and
contradictions are common. It's hard to tell
exactly what is happening right now, but the
landscape is shifting, and the debate we are
having right here, right now, is making an
impact. We are definitely not alone.
