Nokia might sell HQ: report

Do not read too much into the sale. From a financial point of view,
sale-and-leaseback is a classic. It frees capital and generates cash. The
trade-off is an expense stream that may have tax advantages over real estate
ownership.
The thing to watch is what happens next. Do they re-invest (confident future),
stock buy-back (really confident), or distribute (the rats are leaving the
ship).
