Parent asks "Why is this here?"

It is because PJ asked the question ...
"why not sell a house if you aren't even living there?"

Now I have no knowledge of Hogan other than what his own words
and various court cases he has been in, and other information
published either here or elsewhere has given me.

But based on what we have seen of Hogan, it would not surprise
me if his spouse finally had too much of a 'good thing'.

I am simply trying to provide a possible reason why
someone might decide to NOT sell a house, even if they
are not living there themselves. Not saying that this
is indeed the case, but just pointing it out as a
possible reason.
