Microsoft DMCA Notice ‘Mistakenly’ Targets [Wrong People]

Perhaps there should be a provision to recover costs when a mistaken notice is
sent, or some penalty applied. I'm noticing a problem with self regulating
industry, when they let something slip they keep making money and someone else
pays for the error.

MS is trying to own 42 which as we all know is the answer to Life, the Universe,
and Everything. Doesn't leave much for anyone else, but that's probably the
plan. ;)
