Almost certainly, to all points.
Any chance we can get our own translation?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

A common rule is that translations -into- the translator's native
language will be more accuracte and fluent.
A rule which may be missing here is that in litigation only an independent
translator should be relied on, by the Court and all parties. A translator
paid for hire by one party can be no more accurate or reliable than any
other paid expert "witness".

I don't speak Korean, and have never been to Korea.
I do, however, speak Japanese, and have been to a few meetings.
One point where I think the cultural differences are quite important, is where
the speaker is encouraging the design teams to conduct themselves differently in
relations with the company management and executives. Since those relationships
would have started out quite differently than we here in the West would be used
to, we might completely miss the import and magnitude of the changes being
requested.
