Guys, I think it's best not to argue with this
person. It's very possible that he's trying
to get us to discuss this endlessly so that
they can figure out a way for Hogan to answer
in a hearing, if there is one.

Just drop it. He's not going to learn, no matter
what you say, because there is an agenda. So
stop playing along, please.
