the question asked was:-
have you or a family member or someone very close ever been involved in a
lawsuit, either as a plaintiff, a defendant, or as a witness?
therefore, unless you *never* have,
- it is for over your whole lifetime !

Well, I know several people who are so selfcentered (in the negative meaning of
the word) that they actually honestly believe ...what they want to believe.
The problem is, they truely do and actually dont believe you if you try to
suggest otherwise, even you can prove it.
So having a transcript saying one thing and a true believer saying a different
thing is possible with no fraudulent intent involved (fraudulent in the meaning
of intent being untrue on purpose)
Of course, Hogans personal reality is not really relevant in the judicial sense,
but that would certainly explain the inconsistencies.
I've witnessed stuff like this too often to ignore the possibility.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
