The elephant in the room everybody ignores

German courts are not really kosher. They have banned Samsung
products/motorola products on the basis of flimsy patents
from Apple/MS.

The elephant in the room everybody ignores

Well, on the other side, how would you like it if
the magistrate in this case was the only judge you
got? Or look at the Federal Circuit, the single
most responsible entity for the patent mess the
US is in. Specialists tend to fall in love with
their speciality.

The jury supplies the heart. Even this jury was,
according to Hogan, going for Samsung, not Apple,
and had he not maneuvered things, it might just
have gone that way.

This is not a case of a malfunctioning jury so much
as it was one juror.
