Hogan talks to Bloomberg about Samsung's Jury misconduct claims
Authored by: soronlin on Wednesday, October 03 2012 @ 06:59 AM EDT
I would have expected the judge to end the process with a "Is there
anything you feel you ought to tell me that you haven't already mentioned?"
question. However the section of the transcript that we have cuts off before
then.

It certainly looks like he has a moral excuse if not one in law. Not that he
seems to need it though, since he's arguing something completely different.

He's still on the hook for showing bias and introducing external evidence
though.

Mr. Hogan's first response when the judge said "let's go to Mr. Hogan"
should have been "I have been involved in 3 different lawsuits". He
wasn't asked anything specific by the judge at that point. He had raised his
hand on the general question of any lawsuits, but he was not asked tell me about
a lawsuit in particular. What the judge said was "let's go to Mr.
Hogan". He had an obligation at that point to let the judge know that he
had been involved in multiple lawsuits, but insead he only mentioned one.
