I really don't think Hogan need fear incarceration or hefty fines.
I think he will at most be publicly humiliated, told not to ever
trifle with the courts again, and sent on his way.
But based on his personality, Hogan might actually prefer fines

Think of how much time and money has been wasted because of his lies in order to
get on the jury, no doubt to then get to be foreman of the jury, and then
influence the jury to go the opposite way they were leaning.

IIRC Webster referred to this under an earlier story. My reply then and now
is that Hogan won't be able to afford the lawyer he needs.
