Proving bias against the lawyer would probably be pretty tricky to do. Leaving

We don't know if the partner whose spouse handled Hogan's other litigation was
even involved in this case or if they have the same last name. In fact Quinn
Emanuel's website does not list any attorney with the same last name as the
attorney who represented Seagate. Even if they did how would Hogan figure that
out? Quinn Emanuel has 540 employees in 11 offices around the world, that
suggests there may be dozens of partners.
