Well, yes, judges tend to go: "this is an simple reason to do what I want,
so I don't need to dig for any more reasons", and that looks like a nice,
simple reason there.

will probably throw it out on the voir dire problems.

All the judge needs is clear evidence that the juror was not truthful during
jury
selection.

Wondering how interested in this juror Chan4 is.
