I agree, which is why I think we'll see affidavits explaining how they figured
it out.

For the spouse to have made the connection, the attorney on the case would have had to have rehashed the case to such an excruciating level of detail as to have gone through juror names.

Nonsense

This wasn't such a minor case that attorneys not directly involved would be unlikely to know about it. I would think that just about every attorney in the United States who is involved in similar cases would be fairly aware of it. And a good many others as well considering the coverage that it has gotten. It would be hard for them to miss hearing of Hogan's remarks and the related controversey.
