did you really just ask this?
one word strawman. look it up
dont ever try to compare two different things and say they
are similar. no one could ever say that a question of "How
many?" is anywhere close to being related to a question of
"Have you ever?"
if you are going to compare something make sure the
construct of the two things you are comparing are actually
similar
now i can tell you that the lawyer should have asked "how
many" then he wouldn't have [redacted]ed up[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Once more, the Big V has been through litigation before, so he knows what is
expected with respect to complete answers. If he'd just blown in for this to be
his first ever day of his first ever court experience, I might be able to see a
way to give some benefit of the doubt. With one litigation case behind him, no
way. With more than one, he's really failing the sniff test by any reasonable
doubt.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
