Yes - I too am wondering

...and I am sure there are far more than you and I. We all discussed the jury foreman endlessly together, and now we are anxiously awaiting to see how Samsung approached it.

I keep going back to the original article from when Samsung filed its JMOL, where the same question was posed. Though PJ has been all through the comments there with her replies, she left that untouched. I know sometimes when PJ didn't acknowledge a development in some case for awhile, it was because she was working on an article about it, and soon enough, an article appeared. However, its been awhile now and still no word. Then I start to wonder, maybe she doesn't want to publish that on Groklaw out of respect for the jurors? ...but I don't think its that.

See this comment for a link to the Reuters article. PJ is probably doing a write up on the unredacted version.
