I don't think this is about being able to actually sell the tab

If I get the gist of this post right. When a manufacturer provides a wide choice
of different devises for different sectors of the market, one of them is bound
to be similar to what apple has chosen too!
And whilst apple spent loads of dosh on market research for their ultimate
offering, Samsung just churned out loads of different models in order to
discover what <i>'the people' </i>wanted. This must have surely cost
Samsung more and required them to take more business risks than apple. We get
back to who is doing the real innovation. (writing this on a MacBook).
