Now we see whether the judge is biased or not n/t

Oh, forward, definitely. After all, in what can perhaps be considered a
railroading, she is the conductor.

Maybe she's a full wave rectifier

Biased or not, she's been offered a chance to rectify the situation regarding
the in(P-N)junction. Let's hope she doesn't have a breakdown.

As a judge I would expect her to be a zener diode which is a special kind of diode which allows current to flow in the forward direction in the same manner as an ideal diode, but will also permit it to flow in the reverse direction...

Zener diode

Ie. go with the legal flow, until she recognizes the other party is a (place you favored term here) “........”

After all, she is an experienced patent judge and learning new stuff all the time. We can only mock her at the moment because of our own perceived lack of naïveté in these maters. However, I'm also aware, that once pair-shaped always pair-shaped, so I'm not trying to predict the future of the outcome in her court.

And do you have the capacity to induce us to think otherwise,
or is there just too much resistance?

If the transistor had consumed a bit too much, then one diode might say to the
other diode:

I may be biased, but that transistor looks a bit saturated to me.
