Motorola Loses Appeal to Microsoft

Well that depends on whether Moto have a properly constituted
German subsidiary. Details sadly lacking in popular press.
If the German suit was brought by Motorola Mobility International
registered in California, then the US judge might just trump
the German judge. But if Motorola has a German branch,
registered with the German authorities, and this German
Moto brought the suit and obtained the injunction, then
surely they can tell the US judge to go smoke himself.
