As if he didn't know that LinkedIn had him pegged for 10000+ employee's in his
living room. He's proud of that profile that he created and if it's loose
around the edges, smiles. Maybe we're to hard on him, but we're not the only
ones. This would at least seem to be a case of the sum of the parts is not

Gee, who would have guessed?
But, the site has it wrong, they
only deliberated for 3 days, not weeks.
Actually, about 2.2 days at best.
It should have taken about 3 weeks
if the jury would have properly vetted
all of the claims and evidence.
But, somehow, it appears there was
a rush to judgment.

I guess he didn't like Samsung pointing out all the prior art that would have
invalidated his own patent along with Apple's patents.
Caveat: This
assumes the relationship in the patents is as identified and my deduction on
what occurred based on his public statements is accurate.
