Aside from the fact that the person involved isn't proven beyond a reasonable
doubt to be VH's spouse, it's just a credit card bill going to collections;
looks like it was a default judgement. So she probably didn't even go to court
with it.

(As a matter of fact, I've had medical bills go to collections, and it would
have never crossed my mind to bring them up as "lawsuits".
Technically, I guess they would be. Hmmmm)
