the first thing the jury does, before doing _anything_ else is to pick a
foreman.
It's common for there to only be one person who puts themselves forward to be

You can always raise your hand. It worked all the way
through college, and even in professional meetings. The
judge can always say never mind when you tell her that there
were more cases.
He also gave her the settled-out-of-court case first,
instead of the case that went to trial.
And also, ANY means ANY. Don't leave ANY out.
I am reluctant to call for punishment here, because the jury
always has the option of not agreeing with the judge and the
law, but that doesn't mean that I have to have any respect
for Hogan and what he did. I also don't have to waste
bandwidth on him. Punishment is not going to happen, except
in the court of public opinion.
