Hogan's personality traits

Those instructions were painstakingly read out loud
to them before the deliberations began. I'm not sure
if that means they had a chance to actually understand
them, but the reading took quite some time.

Concerning your assessment of Hogan's personality,
my (layman's) opinion is that you may be spot on.
He is not in a situation to flatly deny any and all
allegations of misconduct, and he would be well
advised to express himself in a more humble fashion.

We have to rely on second hand reports, of course,
but all quotes in media have been consistent with
a person rather more full of himself than what is
healthy for someone of his limited expertise.

Talks a great game, overpromises authoritatively, under-delivers. Exactly the
person to lay off, renege on a deal.
