Why would Hogan need to get an attorney if he is the world's foremost authority.

This case keeps reminding me of a story I read on the Internet.
Seems after a trial, a juror walked into a nearby bar and started drinking.
When someone sat down next to him, he started bragging about putting a
[censored] in jail.
It turns out the person he was bragging to was an attorney, hence an officer of
the court. So the attorney felt obligated to report what the juror said to the
judge. The judge wasn't too happy.
I probably followed a link from Groklaw to this story. Anyone have a link?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Unless he planned from the outset of voir dire, which I doubt, given his
patents.
He is going to significantly raise the temperature in the patent
kitchen...didn't know he was that clever!
