A case possibly worth billions to some may well generate murky actions.

How else to pressure a judge?
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, September 24 2012 @ 12:48 PM EDT
Judge Koh is the first female Korean-American to sit on the Federal bench, maybe
she owes Apple a few favors? Or maybe Apple can prevent her from moving up?
[Although this case may not help her cause at all in the long run -- though even
infamy has its benefits]

Remember, Judge Koh is acting like she is inexperienced in a trial of this
magnitude. Therefore, it may also be that she is susceptible to all kinds of
odd pressures, possibly even on her family rather than directly on herself.
