No your version most likely has something else in by then. He was talking about
a version 9 years before yours.

If you are a voice from the future you might use Ubuntu 21.04. If you are
contemporary you are likely using Ubuntu 12.04.

Ubuntu Hover Click is Dangerous

OK, I get the jokes about 21.04. It's actually 12.04, but gist of the post was
otherwise correct. If the the original poster is having a problem, it's not
because of something inherent to Ubuntu. The feature is there for people who are
physically disabled, but is by default turned off.
