No bragging rights for you
Authored by: PolR on Thursday, September 20 2012 @ 07:41 PM EDT
You got it wrong. There are rules here on how to make a good first posts.

You must first create a post titled "Corrections". People will use it
to point to errors.

Then you can claim the second post by titling it "OT here". This is
where people will discuss whatever they feel and is off topic.

Then you claim the third post by titling it "News picks here". People
will use it to discuss the news picks,

Then you claim the fourth post by titling it "Comes here". This is
where contributors to the Comes project will post their contributions.

These four posts are mandatory on every story and it is the responsibility of
the visitors to create them. If you manage to make all four posts without an
intervening post from someone else then you have gained full fledged bragging
rights in compliance with the official policies of this site. And still you are
not being childish because you have done something very useful. All regular
posters here have managed the trick several times and we are not ashamed of
bragging when we do.

The way you did it is for losers.
