Not necessarily... human society and technology are keeping us ahead of the curve so far..

And may do so in the future - who can tell?

There are lots of possible solutions...

Rich ppl don’t have many kids for instance.

So making everyone rich, could work.

In fact a lot of developed countries are getting worried about the lack of
children born and are offering inducements.

Odd but true - Just at a funeral today for a gentleman who reached 90 years of
age, he was one of 14 children!

Deceptive title masking anti-GM (genetically modified) crops agenda.

It IS being done - RIGHT NOW.

Population growth in Africa pretty much halted - thanks to AIDS unfortunately.

In Europe and China the rate of growth has halted - today's generation is
smaller than the baby boomers, and when the boomers start dying off the
population will start shrinking. India is trending that way too - the
"average children per woman" has crashed - it's still above
replacement level but heading there fast.

Dunno about South America, but North America is about the only
"developed" region still to have a positive birth rate.

The UN estimate for world population in 2150, based on current trends, is about
THREE billion. Ie about the same as the 1950s? And if past trends continue,
that's likely to be quite the over-estimate. too!

Cheers,
Wol

Current population studies suggest the world population will peak around 2050.
We can use current production methods to produce the food necessary to feed us
all. They just aren't the quite unproductive but currently profitable mass
production methods which for some reason are promoted heavily by those that make
huge profits from them.
These production methods involve a bit more human input to produce considerably
more real food from the land than you can do with a tractor and some chemicals.

More people means less profit but what was the real problem we were trying to
solve again?
