mostly came with the machine, and a wipe/reinstall will put it back!
I rebuilt a system for a colleague of my wife. Turned out a bit of a nightmare,
because he'd upgraded the video card (the old one had broken and been replaced)
and the "factory fresh" setup didn't like the change.
Then of course, the factory-fresh also included an out-of-date AV, and I had to
make sure I got rid of it before putting a new updated one on ...
Actually, I think that's how I ended up with the system in the first place -
he'd put two AV programs on and they were fighting each other ...
Plus all the other factory-fresh crap I had to remove... it's so much easier if
you can do a clean install from a Microsoft disk. But then you need to find all
the drivers! Swings and roundabouts.
