This document is full of really interesting stuff. I don't
see how Apple was able to exclude so much stuff.
For example Apple was able to argue the hundreds of design
patents they could choose from to make the case, but Samsung
couldn't show the jury how similar those were. If they are
all patentable shouldn't the jury be able to see how similar
something can be and still be a unique "invention"?
Similarly Samsung wasn't able to show their design patents
on their phones which the patent office declared unique
enough in light of Apple designs to be "inventions".
I really don't see how this is going to hold up on appeal.
I am hoping all the patents are invalidated. It would be
nice if thermonuclear war took out all the patents rather
