then there might be infringement. I have come to believe the only way for the
system to be changed is a rigorous enforcement of the laws. That really is the
only way to show the flaws, painful as it may be. BTW, it is wrong and
PersonalWeb is a patent troll. Good thing RackSpace can defend themselves.

I'm sure you can find samples on Groklaw to use as a template.

Remember to be polite to all involved, even if you think they're fools. Also
