Didn't they do something dirty with keylogging in an iPhone
app last year? And then protest that they had no idea it
would be used for *gasp* IMPROPER purposes?

GitHub doesn't seem to have enough money for them so they are going after the
hosting company. It seems it's not about violation it's only about the money.
