I believe most of the "sales" are really
upgrades for existing customers.
And in the NY area, it may be that many of
the users are not eligible for the upgrade yet
due to the 2 year contract baloney.
And maybe you are also seeing a lot of AT&T iPhone
users that have decided to move to Verizon and
Android when their two years is up.
