He will get another 20 minutes of fame from it.
He has upgraded himself from a pawn to a key
player, and that's a remarkable feat.
Not admirable, but remarkable.

If what was written is true, Hogan has proved once again
that he cannot
follow instructions.
Hogan told us Tuesday that he didn't mention
the 1993 Seagate case
or bankruptcy in the jury selection process because
he wasn't asked
specifically to disclose every case he'd ever been involved
in.
According to a complete transcript of voir dire, Koh asked
jurors,
"Have you or a family member or someone very close to you ever been
involved in a lawsuit, either as a plaintiff, a defendant or as a witness?"
He was not specifically instructed to breathe either.
What
part of "ever been involved" does he not understand?[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
