I said there where mixed viewpoints and from where I stood and these were the
ones where I thought Jobs was correct in being upset. Did he react reasonably?
Jobs and reasonably don't mix.
Eric Schmidt and Samsung stabbed him in the back. Pretty clear.
From the other side (the word mixed in the subject) in this entire debacle is
exactly the best example of how bad our system is. That all this money is being
diverted from building better products or just being profit.
Read the wired.com piece on Steve Jobs. I wouldn't have wanted him as a friend
but I did understand his position on this. Would I have been in his place what
would I have done? Hopefully something less then global thermonuclear war.
But none of us have a chance at running Google, apple or Samsung. If I ran
Samsung I wouldn't have allowed it. If I were Eric Schmidt I would have resigned
from apple's board the instant apple mentioned a phone as a product.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
