Apple is not going to like you ...

Parent points out that the larger iPhone 5 adds a fifth
row of icons proving the assertion that 4 x 4 icons
was ornamental rather than functional, false.

How do you expect Apple to win if you hit them with
inconvenient truths like that.

Hopefully this too, will wind up in some legal argument
from Samsung before this whole thing is over.

Apple is not going to like you ... but you probably
already know that.
