as not being retrievable due to incompetence. OTOH, Apple is having to deal with
their misdeeds in the market place now. Apple down for the second day on i5
release day. That can't be good news.

Triple damages for the party being anal and dishonest in the case is the only fix for that.

Yeah, but who or what is going to administer that? A broken judicial system? Do you see the problem now?
