Maybe then, they can think about tuning the engines. But a tuned engine in a piece of trash with poor handling and roadholding is just plain daft, and dangerous, and I can see why the engine power really does need to be limited.

It may not be obvious to most US citizens, but a large part of the world laughs at and ridicules at the crudeness of what your native manufacturers are passing off as high performance vehicles.
