lack of college degrees is common in tech

I would even say there is no correlation, neither
negative nor positive. My point was that people
who drop out because they find theory useless
and do not even understand the value of education,
and henceforth treat their former classmates with
disdain for getting their degrees, are dangerous
people unsuitable for running a company.

It is dangerous to generalize either way, and
I see I did not make a strong effort to be clear.
My apologies if I came across as an extremist
from the other side, one who thinks that anyone
without a college degree is useless. That is an
even more dangerous opinion.

One the most important things to learn in college is to
learn how to learn. Once you have mastered that, learing
new things becomes a tool that is very beneficial.
