Just because a CEO 'should' be well-informed, does not mean that they ARE.
In some cases the CEO is woefully ignorant and misinformed.
Remember what Darl claimed about Unix and 'C++'. I certainly
would not want anybody thinking that Darl's half-baked ideas were
any sort of evidence other than evidence of Darl's own illusions.
Just because the CEO thinks something, does not make it so.
Their job is to run the company, not necessarily to be expert
