Amen! I was in chat a year or so ago, and one of the Notes developers happened
to be there. He said that seeing Notes used as an e-mail client drives the
Notes developers crazy![ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Following a merger, the eMail people decided we didn't need Lotus Notes anymore
because Outlook was a much better eMail platform. Fast forward several years,
we still have Lotus Notes clients on our desktops because they have been unable
to find anything that will replace the capabilities of the Lotus Notes DB's that
had been created (either that or they have, but the alternative(s) cost so much
more than the Notes installation they have been unwilling to spend the money).
I'm just an Outlook/Notes user so I'm not privy to the exact discussions.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
