Open airwaves are exactly that... open airwaves... finally a judge figures
out this most basic concept. Its about time.

Big difference between Open and visible WiFi networks. The issue, as I
understand it, is google collected traffic not merely SSIDs and MACs. When that
happens one is able to determine what protocols are being used, etc. Someone
with evil intent can do a lot just with that. Anyone with an open WiFi
connection should be on their own as the court said.
