Yes, Mr. Hogan.

Now apply the same thinking to whether Samsung's products are a "slavish
copy" of Apple.

Don't you think the standard should apply both ways?

Braun LE1 speakers vs. Apple display
Authored by: Wol on Friday, September 07 2012 @ 04:01 PM EDT
Actually, surely cleverly arranged photos (provided they are arranged, not
tampered with) shows EXACTLY WHERE Apple *may* have got inspiration.

If I see a beautiful head-on view of something, it's quite likely I will want to
reproduce it. What's behind that may well be dictated by function - one only has
to look at so many buildings in Germany now - the facade may be hundreds of
years old, but it's skin deep with a modern office building or shop tacked on
behind. But it still LOOKS beautiful and traditional from the outside.

If the photos look the same, there's a reason. Either tampering, copying, or
plain old-fashioned aesthetics. And the only one that's "wrong" is the
first.

Cheers,
Wol
