Where legal justice failed, market justice is working

a) I fundamentally agree that one should be allowed to install the OS of
choice on a mobile device that makes phone calls;

b) Increasingly, mobile devices are being used as portable credit card
terminals. I do not know if the rules about credit card terminals are from
the government, the card card issuer, the credit card processor, an
industry association, or somewhere else. However, those rules appear to
make it extremely difficult for a merchant to use a mobile device that
has been unlocked. Of the twenty something terms and conditions of
service I read, from credit card processors that offer apps for using iPads,
iPhones, and Android devices as a credit card terminal, they all state that
service is automatically terminated, and penalties will be imposed, if the
device is rooted, unlocked, or otherwise changed from default vendor
specifications.

Plus we could see multiple accounts support for the next Google Nexus 11.6 Tablet from Samsung that will also come to Google TV as well!

Which Samsung and Google have finally linked up on to bring to all their TV sets. Instead of using as a feature upgrade like on Sony and LG with their TV sets. If anybody wants to know why Google TV isn't selling, it's because the TV makers are only using it as pry bar to get consumers to upgrade to more expensive sets. Which will always FAIL

Instead of realizing that like it or not.... the Chinese are selling Mini USB to HDMI Android Media Center PC's, that have consumers thumbing their nose at TV upgrades for better features. These tiny USB Stick Android Media Center PC's are coming with ICS and even Jelly Bean w/ as much as 2gigs of DDR3 ram and 4 to 16gigs of built in drive space. All Wifi Internet and keyboard mouse support!

Like these Mini Android PC's on ebay!
