I think you're onto something here. I could only download
the video. Because I swore I'd never use anything from Apple
ever in 2007. I thought at the time. Either LG's Prada or
Samsung's F700 were better phones. I had a friend who owned
a SGH-Z610 he'd bought in europe around April I believe.

That phone was a full Multimedia Touchscreen Smartphone with
gesture controls but it was marketed as a multimedia player
with phone features. Even though it had 3G a year before
iPhone was out. So two years before iPhone had 3G. Rounded
corners, 3.5" touchscreen with gestures, both front and back
cameras and the back camera was better than iPhone.

Although because it was resistive touch, it could not have
multitouch. But what's crazy is Samsung in court
demonstrated an App that sorta enabled the basic functions
of Multi-touch on iPaq years early, but the jury didn't seem
to catch that!

Perceptive Pixel, Inc. was founded by Jeff Han in 2006
as a spinoff of the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical
Sciences to develop and market the most advanced multi-touch
system in the world.
