Are you sure Apple doesn't have a submarine patent on triangles with rounded
corners? You know how they tend to go all Jihad when some one uses their IP. And
you could never use two of them together because if you placed them the wrong
way on the table the two trianges could form a rectangle with equal sides and
wait for it ... rounded corners.

The workaround is only as good as the court's willingness to see it as different

and distinct. I keep coming back to Microsoft winning the case that 'Lin--' was

confusingly close to 'Windows' and had to be renamed. Let's see, different
number of characters, including the most important leading letter, characters
beyond the Roman alphabet, etc. The only commonality is that the two common
letters, 'i' and 'n' appear in the same order, in the same position. I guess
Microsoft own that now.
